How to translate settings to other languages?

    Ask friends. You can also use https://crowdin.net but it's not free.

    There's also some sort of plugin for Eclipse, but it's also not free.

    hi! in my case it took a long time, but it works!
    in the res folder I added folders values-xx and xml-xx and put the translated files into other languages ​​in these folders. Look the screenshot.
