I had the same issue, stopped working error code: CLR20r3. I found that it is a problem with registries of windows and could it be caused by diferent coding in your system.(expecialy if you have windows in different language than English) So try this: Control Panel, selecting Regional Settings and going to the Advanced tab. Change the language format to English and click OK. This solved my problem, I hope that it will help you too. Sorry for my english.

This isn't working for me. My default language is set to "English (United States)" and the region is set to "United States". My PC shipped with these settings and because I live in the US (in New Jersey) I have never changed them. I do not have an international computer that might be affected by this setting.
@stollo770 Hey, try updating .net framework 4.5 using windows update. To to start > type Windows Update > enter. Search for updates. If you see any recommended .net 4.5 updates, check them and download/install them.
