A really cool Android live wallpaper I found is called Paperland. It features a continuous side scrolling view of a simple scene with a sun/moon birds, clouds, boats, trees, and cars. The bets part about it is that the position of all elements is randomized. This is indeed what produces the cool continuous scrolling effect. You can also change the brightness of elements which simulates the time of day. Pretty cool. Check it out on Google Play, it's free.
