Hello guys, I'm a transman and I'm planning to undergo a top surgery in Ontario soon. But now I'm too fat(195 lbs) for top surgery. I want to lose weight but I couldn't control my overeating disorder. I got tired in a few minutes after hitting the gym. Does anyone know the maximum weight I can have before this surgery? I'm so scared of my overweight. Can anyone suggest the best possible for weight loss that I can consider? Should I need to undergo any weight loss surgery before top surgery? Please share your views.
