Google Play Developer Program Policy (“Content Policy”) Update

Before 2 or 3 hours I got a notification to my developer console saying : Googel Play Developer console has made some changes on their content policies.
Correct me if Im wrong but Im afraid we cant use anymore push notifications to our live wallpapers . I didnt read before all the content policies and I dont know if this paragraph has been there before. I copied a paragraph of content policies

• System Interference:
  • Apps and their ads must not add homescreen shortcuts, browser bookmarks, or icons on the user’s device as a service to third parties or for advertising purposes.
  • Apps and their ads must not display advertisements through system level notifications on the user’s device, unless the notifications derive from an integral feature provided by the installed app. (e.g., an airline app that notifies users of special deals, or a game that notifies users of in-game promotions).

pretty much screws wallpaper apps that use the following: notifications, search icons, app icons, and browser links/homepage.

You have only 30 days to update or remove an app using those ad types. after that you can get your dev account suspended if someone reports your app.

I am moving mine to 99cent paid apps. Only thing i can do besides give it away for free with a crap ass banner/other ad that makes literally nothing.

Main Ad systems that will get hit if you are not using the in app sdk (if the have one)

By the way hubris do you know how to add a Leadbolt Entry & Exit Ads or QuickStartAds,is it a problem

Yes lets wait what will happen. ..Vas since notifications are gone is it possible to make a video tutorial or somehow help us to implement leadbolt Entry & Exit Ads or QuickStartAds or any other Leadbolt ad what you think it will be profitable for us. I know these kind of ads are more easier to implement than notification because there are less codes than in notifications but I dont know where to put the codes

I agree with fatos guys, this is the best soluione, I also wondered if it was possible to insert a banner ad immediately above the keys settings and sets background.

Vas like you said banners are not so effective. .but can you give it a try to implement QuickStartAds or Entry &Exit ads and then tell us how to do it, because you are the big man of the forum.
Those kind of ads I think can be much more effective than banners

Yes and I will try both of them.
Lets hope for Play Store again whith new ads units because other markets will never give you lot of downloads like google play store did it
